By registering on the platform or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old. 88kb reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts for non-compliance with the Terms.
Section 1 — Definitions and Introduction
The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings. They will be used with the same meaning throughout the document.
"Platform"
The 88kb website (88kb.cam), its mobile version, and all associated services are collectively referred to as the "Platform".
"User"
Any person who has registered on the 88kb platform or is using any of its services is referred to as the "User" or "you".
"Account"
A personal account created through registration on the platform, through which the user accesses services.
"Bonus"
Any incentive funds, free spins, or other rewards provided by the platform under specific conditions.
Section 2 — Eligibility and Registration
The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 88kb.
2.1 Age Requirement
Only individuals aged 21 or older may register on the 88kb platform and use its services. If a person registers under the age of 21, their account will be immediately cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
88kb reserves the right to verify a user's identity at the time of registration or at a later stage. For this purpose, a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until identity verification is completed.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. This policy also applies to multiple accounts operated from the same household or the same device.
2.4 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. Providing false information is a legal offence and may result in account cancellation. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.
Section 3 — Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 88kb are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption.
3.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name will not be accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy (AML)
88kb follows international standards to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. If any transaction appears suspicious, 88kb may request additional verification or place a hold on the related withdrawal. These measures are taken to protect all users.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
88kb bonus offers provide extra benefits for users. However, every bonus is provided under specific conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x), meaning withdrawals can only be made after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in bets.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the set time from the date the bonus was issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically approved.
- 88kb reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
4.3 VIP Program
The 88kb VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2%. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and gaming history. Cashback for each tier is calculated every week.
Section 5 — Gaming Policy and Fair Play
5.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games on the 88kb platform use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This technology ensures that the outcome of every game is completely impartial and not predetermined. 88kb does not interfere with game results.
5.2 Policy on Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a gaming session, the related bet may be considered void and the staked funds will be returned. Any abnormal winnings displayed due to an error are not valid and will not be paid out. In such cases, the decision of 88kb will be considered final.
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using any kind of software, bots, or automated programs is strictly prohibited.
- Playing games or earning bonuses in collusion with other users is prohibited.
- Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Using or attempting to access another user's account is prohibited.
- Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account cancellation.

6.1 Password and Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share your login details with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 88kb support team immediately.
6.2 Data Protection

Section 7 — Limitation of Liability
7.1 Service Availability
88kb always strives to keep the platform running without interruption. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. 88kb will not be liable for any loss in such situations.
7.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
Online gaming carries risk. There is always a possibility of losing in any game. Users play on the platform of their own free will and at their own risk. 88kb is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from gaming. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7.3 Third-Party Services
Game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) are third parties that provide services under their own terms. 88kb is not directly liable for issues with these providers' games, but will assist in resolving any problems.

8.1 Right to Amend Terms
88kb reserves the right to change, add to, or remove these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

8.3 Right to Close Accounts
88kb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account for the following reasons: violation of these terms; providing false information; suspicion of fraud or deception; bonus misuse; suspicion of money laundering; and any other harmful activity. Upon account closure, any applicable legitimate funds will be returned (excluding bonuses), though they may be held during an ongoing investigation.
